We are seeking participants for a study on pursuing an active lifestyle.
In this study, you will first be asked to fill out questionnaires about yourself and your goals. You will then be asked to wear a fitness bracelet (provided by us) for one week while you normally go about your daily activities and answer a brief questionnaire every evening. At the end of the week, you will return the fitness bracelet and answer a few more questions. Altogether, this study requires approximately 1.5 hour of your time over one week. Upon completion, you will receive $20 as compensation for participating in this study. Participants must be 18 years old or above, comfortable reading and writing in English, and not currently use a fitness-tracking device (e.g. fitbit).
