Hello, i am a McGill student whos looking for some roomates, exchange students, people here for co-op, etc. My sister and my original roomate left to go on exchange, so i want to rent the rooms out, [students preferable, friendly and no smoking in the house, if you have pets, be responsible and take good care of it, treat the apartmnet like your home and dont ruin it please]

Located on Crescent Street, 30 seconds walk to St Cath, 2 minutes walk to Concordia, 10 minutes walk to McGill campus, 1 min walk to the closest metro station.
The rent covers everything, the access of an indoor gym, all the utilities, furniture, laundry machines.
Starting date: any time in January.
