I am transferring lease of one-bedroom luxury apartments, located in the heart of downtown, three minute walk from McGill. I am a McGill graduate and have lived in this apartment for the past 26 years. The transfer is for October 1st and it is a one-year contract. If you were to rent this apartment from the landlord rather than me, you would pay $1,600/month. This apartment is 900 sq. ft. and is larger than most two-bedroom apartments. There is laundry, stove, oven, fridge, heat, air-conditioning, storage, 24-hour-doorman service – they are all included. Parking is available, after a few months, for a fee.
I am selling all of my furniture for a “lump sum” of $3,000. It is my preference to transfer my lease and sell my furniture to the same individual.
