Amazing location:
Perfect if you’re students as it’s just a few blocks from McGill (5 minutes walk), but also close to other universities such as UQAM and Concordia. In addition, McGill’s Gym is at the top of the street (5 minutes walk).
Outdoor spaces are very close too, just up the street is Mont Royal Park with access to the mountain, or Jeanne-Mance Park, with a variety of playing fields.
Less than 1 minute from 24 Sherbrooke Street bus stop, 5 minutes from 144 Avenue des Pins bus stop, and Place-des-Arts metro station.
Grocery stores (Metro, Provigo, Marche Lobo, Dollarama, SAQ) are all on Parc, which is one street over. There’s also a 24 hour depanneur (convenience store) on Parc and a 24 hour coffee shop is literally across the street.
There are washing and drying machines available in the building but there’s also a laundromat just across the street (on Parc as well).
Rent is $2070 per month for the entire apartment, but $517.50 per month when divided between the four rooms. Heating is included in the rent.
