We are looking for participants to be a part of a research project on auditory and visual perception using electroencephalography (EEG) to measure the electrical activity of the brain. This method is non-invasive and perfectly safe.
To participate, you must:
-Be between the ages of 40 and 65 years old;
-Have normal hearing abilities, without a hearing aid;
-Not have any neurological disorders (e.g. epilepsy);
-Not take any medication affecting the central nervous system.
The experiment is divided into 2 sessions of 3 hours and may be completed in one or two days. It will take place at the International Laboratory for Brain, Music and Sound Research (BRAMS) located at 1430 boulevard Mont Royal, Outremont.
A financial compensation of $80 will be given to you.

This study was approved by the CRIR (Centre for Interdisciplinary Research in rehabilitation of Greater Montreal) establishment Research Ethics Board and is carried out under the supervision of Alexandre Lehmann, PhD.
