Motor Control Lab/CRBLM:
We are seeking highly motivated McGill students to participate in an fMRI study of speech.
Subjects are required to repeat words and listen to sounds. Subjects must be MRI compatible (no metal, etc), healthy (no previous neurological conditions), right-handed, not claustrophobic, and should not have participated in similar studies at the CRBLM before.
Subjects will undergo 2 blocks of MRI scans (30 minutes each). There will be short breaks in between blocks, in addition to other tasks. In total, the study will take about 3 hours. Experiments will be performed at the Montreal Neurological Institute. Compensation is $150.
